A new phase for the European distribution of specialties

Together with the other companies in the Deimos Group, Variati joins the Specialty Ingredients Distribution Group (SIDG), a pan-European alliance of independent and entrepreneurial companies active in the distribution of ingredients and specialty chemicals for the Life Sciences.

This operation represents a natural evolution for us: it strengthens our ability to serve customers and partners with increasingly comprehensive solutions, while maintaining our identity, our consultative approach and our proximity to the market. Joining SIDG means sharing expertise, vision and values with like-minded European companies, in a context that values entrepreneurial autonomy and promotes concrete synergies.

Thanks to this partnership, we will be able to further expand our portfolio and our presence in Europe, continuing to offer innovative ingredients and high value-added services in the nutraceutical and cosmetic sectors.
