Variati’s history began with the dawning of the last century. It is in Milan in the distant 1926 when the company started its activity as distributor of essential oils for food and cosmetic industries. A beginning which led, year after year, to diversify its own offer, until it became a consolidated reality for the development of flavours, essences and fragrances. Over the last years, the company has invested huge resources into the realization of a modern and functional structure, where everything rotates around a fundamental objective: the achievement of total quality. Each product coming to light  in Variati plant, in fact, is not just a simple chemical formula, but the result of  accurate, constant team work.  Its more than 60 employees know this very well, all of them are higly selected and subject to a continuous training activity. The entire team contributes in this way to create those solid professional basis which allows Variati to be present on the market in an exclusive way. Great importance, for this purpose, covers another strong point of Variati which is: flexibility.
The company is capable to satisfy in a fast and punctual way the most diversified requests made by the Customer regarding personalised flavours and to help him to distinguish himself in a competitive way.
In this context the Research&Development team is organized to respond to single requirements with solutions of a strong innovative and creative content and to propose always new solutions. Thanks to this philosophy, Variati confirms itself as the supplier of main national and multinational industries at a world level.
Using this strategy Variati has registered a constant growth which, over the last years, has consolidated on a two number percentage.
