Variati’s fruit in powder form is realised thanks to the use of an atomization procedure of the pulp and/or the juice. The result is a product made of an average of 50% of fruit and, for the remainder, by ingredients such as malt dextrin and sugars. The fruit used is either fresh or frozen, of a high qualitative standard and undergoes rigorous control before handling. This range of Variati products is characterised by its low level of hygroscopicity, which permits the confectioning of powder preparations in areas where temperature and humidity are not ideal.
